Abstract: An improved adaptive method was introduced in this paper. With this method, a novel portable precision air enclosure which was able to choose different control strategies according to the temperature difference between inside and outside the enclosure could be designed. In this system, the higher application requirements that the temperature inside the portable air enclosure is more precise accurate to 20mK can be made with the use of dualmode operating.
