Abstract: For satellite navigation systems，the multi-channel parallel navigation signals will be synthesized by the navigation antenna beam forming system needs to have strict phase consistency. This paper presents a multi-channel pseudo range measurement method to measure the relative delay of multi-channel navigation signals based on carrier phase. By the joint calculation method of carrier phase and pseudo code phase, the extremely distance accuracy of 1ps is achieved. And then, the strict phase consistency without difference of the carrier cycles is realized.
