Multi-channel Induction Synchronizer’s High-Precision Fusion and Implementation on FPGA

Abstract: Based on the working principle of the induction synchronizer, the corresponded excitation and filter circuits are designed, and the coarse and fine channel angle information of the absolute induction synchronizer is obtained through the solving unit. Aiming at the measurement characteristics of the multi-channel induction synchronizer, a method of multiple harmonic injection is adopted to fuse the data of the coarse and fine channels. The angle measurement accuracy of the system is effectively improved. The FPGA-based fusion algorithm is designed to ensure that the measurement unit can track with high precision in real time.
