Abstract: In this paper, a high-precision time and frequency synchronization system is proposed, which works with GPS and GPS-disciplined rubidium clock. The system outputs a standard 10MHz frequency and a high-precision 1PPS time signal. With the tameness of GPS, the synchronization accuracy of the system can be reached 7.2 ns, and the accuracy of the standard 10MHz can be better than 1E-12. Analysis of the principle and the implementation of the system are presented in detail, and test data is given. The result demonstrates that the indicators of the system meet the engineering requirements.
