气体质量称量空气浮力修正的研究

摘要: 气体的质量量值是气体流量计量中最基本的溯源参数之一,获取质量值的常用手段之一即是采用称量方式。在空气浮力修正的原理上,气体质量的称量相比液体有其特殊性,本文从称量设备的测量、计量原理及力学分析的角度,以及质量计量领域中折算质量和真空质量概念的另一角度,对衡器直接称量和替代法称量的修正方法进行了分析,最后给出了气体质量称重完整的空气浮力修正公式,指明了在气体质量称量中容易被忽略的浮力修正量。

Abstract: The mass value of gas is one of the most basic traceability parameters in gas flow measurement, and one of the common means to obtain the mass is to use the weighing method. The weighing of gas mass has its particularity compared with liquid in the principle of air buoyancy correction. In this paper, from the perspective of measurement principle and mechanical analysis of weighing equipment, as well as another perspective of the concept of conventional mass and vacuum mass in the field of mass measurement, the correction methods of direct weighing and substitution weighing are analyzed. Finally, a complete air buoyancy correction formula for gas mass weighing is given, and the buoyancy correction which is easy to be ignored in gas mass weighing is expounded.
