摘要: 详细介绍了5200氧分析仪的工作原理,提出了同种气体样品在不同的测试环境下,氧含量测定值存在一定偏差的问题,通过分析和研究得出其主要影响因素为环境温度。因此,设计了一套气体管路恒温装置,实现了对样品气体出口温度的准确控制,有效消除了环境温度对测试造成的误差。

Abstract: The operational principle of 5200 oxygen analysis meter was presented. it was proposed that some differences existed in the oxygen content measured for the same gas sample under different measuring conditions. It was proved through analysis and research that the main influence factor was environment temperature. A set of constant temperature pipeline installation was designed to obtain the accurate control for outlet temperature of gas sample, thus reaching the result of effectively eliminating the measuring error between different environment temperature.
