摘要: 为了满足机电伺服机构对电位计更高耐磨高可靠的要求,研制一种新型导电塑料电位计。改进型导电塑料电位计在原电位计基础上对其结构和材料进一步优化,克服了现有的导电塑料式电位计在长期使用过程中电阻体在电刷反复摩擦作用下有绝缘磨削微粒析出,从而导致伺服机构在测试中出现突跳,影响伺服机构判读的固有缺陷。并大大提高了电位计的使用寿命,满足了机电伺服机构对高可靠、高耐磨、长寿命的导电塑料式电位计日益增长的研制需求。

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of electronmechanical servo actuators, a novel conductive plastic potentiometer with high reliability and better wear resistance is proposed. During long period of services, some insulating grinding grits will precipitate from the resistance body due to repeatedly friction with brush. Which bring an inherent defect for the existing conductive plastic potentiometer. That is, the occasionally data mutation of servo system, which greatly impact data interpretation. Nevertheless, the improved conductive plastic potentiometer proposed in this paper has optimized it’s structure and material, successfully overcome the defect and greatly extend longevity of the potentiometer. Therefore, the increasingly high requirements of electronmechanical servo actuators about reliability, wear resistance, longevity to potentiometer are well satisfied.
