消光比参数的溯源方法

摘要: 对通信信号分析仪的光口消光比参数进行溯源研究,提出了将光口消光比参数溯源到示波器电压参数上的方法并进行了实验验证。首先搭建了消光比稳定的数字信号发射机作为被测源。其次采用带宽足够的光电探测器XPDV2150R(DC-50GHz 1550nm)将光信号转变到电信号,来消除频响对测量结果的影响,并通过实验验证了光电探测器带宽和接收机带宽对测量结果的影响。最后通过垂直幅度可溯源的电示波器对电信号进行消光比测量。将测量结果和通过通信信号分析仪光口眼图功能测得的结果进行比对,验证两者的一致性,最终实现将消光比参数溯源到电压参数上。

Abstract: The traceability of Extinction Ratio (ER) measurement of Communication signal analyzer is analyzed. The method that optical ER measurement is traced to voltage parameter is demonstrated and verified by experiment. Firstly,a digital signal transmitter with stable ER is established for measurement. Then optical detector XPDV2150R (DC-50 GHz 1 550 nm) with enough bandwidth is adopted for O/E conversion to avoid the influence of frequency response,and the bandwidth effect of optical detector and receiver on the measurement results is verified by experiments. At last,the ER of electrical signal is measured by oscilloscope whose vertical amplitude is traceable. The measurement result and the results measured by Communication signal analyzer directly is compared,and the agreement of them is verified. The ER parameter is traced to voltage parameter finally.
