法拉第激光器在量子计量领域的应用

摘要: 高精度稳频激光器是实现量子精密测量技术的重要基础和组成部分。法拉第激光器利用原子滤光器进行频率选择,输出波长被限制在原子特定跃迁频率附近的透射谱内,具有波长与原子谱线自动对应、线宽窄、抗激光二极管电流及温度波动等显著优势,在量子计量领域有诸多应用,如原子钟、原子重力仪、原子磁力仪等。从法拉第激光器的研究背景、基本原理出发,介绍法拉第激光器在铯原子钟、原子重力仪、光通信系统等领域的实际应用及重要价值。未来,随着技术的不断成熟与创新,法拉第激光器有望在更多领域实现广泛应用,如大功率激光武器、里德堡原子雷达等,预期将在国防军工计量领域发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: High-precision frequency-stabilized lasers are an important foundation and component for realizing the realization of quantum precision measurement.Faraday laser utilizes atomic filter for frequency selection,and the output wavelength is limited to the transmission spectrum near the atomic transition frequency,which has significant advantages such as automatic correspondence between wavelength and atomic spectral line,narrow linewidth,and resistance to laser diode current and temperature fluctuations.Faraday lasers have many applications in the field of quantum metrology,such as atomic clocks,atomic gravimeters,and atomic magnetometers.Starting from the research background and basic principle of Faraday lasers,we introduce the practical applications and important values of Faraday lasers in such fields as cesium atomic clock,atomic gravimeter,and optical communication are introduced.In the future,with the continuous maturity and innovation,Faraday lasers are expected to realize a wide range of applications in more fields,such as high-power laser weapons,Reedburg atomic radar,etc.,which are expected to play a greater role in the field of national defense and military industry measurement.
