摘要: 针对磁学量子测量技术发展历程,以及各国基于量子磁强计建立的磁学量子计量标准能力,研究了已在磁学计量标准量子化应用中的质子磁强计、核磁共振磁强计、光泵磁强计;介绍了CPT磁强计、SERF磁强计、金刚石NV色心磁强计等量子磁强计的原理;通过总结量子磁强计国内外发展现状及具备的准确度高、磁场噪声低、稳定性好等技术优势,分析其替代现行磁参数计量标准的可行性及优点;同时提出未来量子测量技术在磁学计量标准量子化方面潜在的研究方向。

Abstract: Aiming at the development history of magnetic quantum measurement technology and the capacity of magnetic quantum metrology standards established based on quantum magnetometers in various countries,proton magnetometers,Nuclear Magnetic Rsonance(NMR) magnetometers,and optical pump magnetometers that have been applied to magnetic quantum metrology standards is studied;Presenting the principles of quantum magnetometers such as CPT magnetometer,SERF magnetometer,diamond NV color-center magnetometer;By summarizing the domestic and international development status of quantum magnetometers with high accuracy,low magnetic field noise and good stability tandards,analyzing the easibility and advantages of replacing the current magnetic parameter metrology standards by using the technical characteristics of various quantum magnetometers;It proposes the potential research direction of quantum measurement technology in the quantization of magnetic measurement standards in the future.
