摘要: 针对液体火箭发动机高速离心泵水试系统高精度与稳定性要求,研制了一种基于随遇平衡原理的小量程扭矩现场校准装置。介绍了现场校准装置实现原理、技术指标与整套装置总体设计。重点介绍了扭矩现场校准装置设计关键技术及试验验证,验证结果显示装置达到了设计指标要求,满足现场校准应用需求。

Abstract: Aiming at the high precision and stability requirements of the liquid rocket engine high-speed centrifugal pump water test system,a small-range torque field calibration device based on the principle of casual balance was developed.The realization principle,technical index and overall design of the whole set of calibration device are introduced.The key technology and test verification of the torque field calibration device design are mainly introduced.The verification results show that the device meets the design index requirements and meets the field calibration application requirements.
