Abstract: The importance of heat treatment process to equipment repair is determined by analyzing the role and influence of various types of heat treatment furnaces on metal materials or parts in the process of aircraft equipment repair.The influence of furnace temperature uniformity on product heat treatment results is briefly described,and the treatment methods of non-conformity of test results are encountered in the process of heat treatment furnace temperature uniformity test.Through technical means to ensure the conformity of heat treatment furnace temperature uniformity test results in the effective heating area,improve the heat treatment quality of equipment repair products,and ensure the repair cycle and repair quality of equipment.
