摘要: 科技成果转化作为科技创新的重要部分,是联结科技基础研究、应用研究与市场需求的关键环节,更是新时代创新驱动战略实施的重要引擎。在分析与把握当前科技成果转化发展现状的基础上,分析了航天计量技术成果转化面临的新要求,从开展核心技术攻关、探索转化模式、建立创新运行机制、注重示范平台建设以及转化考核评价等方面,对加快推进航天计量技术成果转化提出对策建议,为航天事业和国家经济持续健康发展提供有力支撑。

Abstract: As an important part of scientific and technological innovation,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a key link to combine basic and applied research of science and technology with market demand,and it is also an important engine for innovation-driven development in the new era.On the basis of grasping the current status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the challenges and opportunities faced by the transformation of technological achievements in space measurement are analyzed.In terms of tackling key problems in core technologies,exploring modes of transformation,establishing innovative operation mechanisms,building demonstration platforms,and assessing and evaluating transformation,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to accelerate the transformation of space metrology technology achievements,thus providing strong support for the development of the space industry and national economic construction.
