摘要: 增韧环氧树脂碳纤维材料性能的优异性使其在航空、航天领域主承力结构中占比不断提高。目前,在航空、航天领域,复合材料加工能力已成为航空、航天制造企业先进性的重要指标之一。为满足航空、航天发展形势,针对航空、航天承力增韧环氧树脂碳纤维环框为研制对象,总结与分析了零件宏观和微观领域检测技术方法及结果。研究结果可为中国航空、航天碳纤维承力零件的制造提供技术数据和参考。

关键词: 无损检测, 剖切, 金相, 孔隙率, 褶皱

Abstract: The excellent material properties of toughened epoxy carbon fiber increase its proportion in the main load-bearing structure in the aerospace field continuously.At present,in the aerospace field,composite processing capability has become one of the important indicators of progressiveness of aerospace manufacturing enterprises.In order to meet the development situation of aerospace,the inspection technology methods and results are summarized and analyzed in the macro and micro fields of parts.The research results can provide technical data and reference for the manufacturing of China’s aerospace carbon fiber load-bearing parts.
