摘要: 介绍了一种基于光栅投影测量原理的大型壳体壁厚自动化测量方法及其在大型锥形壳体产品自动测量中的应用。采用基于坐标转换统一的数据拼接方法,通过对自动测量系统的多坐标系综合标定,实现了多站位扫描测量数据的精密拼接融合。利用点云检测软件Polyworks完成了产品数模比对分析和壁厚检测,并对测量系统壁厚测量不确定度进行了分析评定。结果表明,基于坐标融合的大型壳体壁厚自动测量方法可有效提高产品的检测质量和检测效率。

Abstract: An automatic measurement of wall thickness of large shell based on the principle of grating projection and its application in the automatic measurement of conical shell products are introduced.A method of data merging based on coordinate transformation and  unification is used.Through the comprehensive calibration of multiple coordinate systems of the measurement system,the multiple station scanning data is merged precisely.The product comparison analysis and wall thickness detection are completed by the Polyworks Software,and the measurement uncertainty of wall thickness is analyzed and evaluated.It is showed that the automatic measurement method of wall thickness of large shell based on coordinate fusion can effectively improve the detection quality and efficiency of products.
