摘要: GBAS可用性预测是在地基增强系统(Ground Based Augmentation System,GBAS)的整个进近引导过程中,对GBAS服务状态及卫星星座状态的一种预测,并辅助塔台监控人员监视,是民航GBAS应用的重要监测措施。为保证GBAS机载用户在终端区精密进近引导着陆的可靠性及安全性,提出一种基于GBAS地面基准位置的可用性预测方法,该方法通过星历或历书、卫星信号的相关峰、GBAS报文信息等内容预测未来卫星星座的状态,进而完成对GBAS服务状态的预测,以便系统及时向塔台监控人员发出预测告警、调整GBAS进近程序,进而达到可用性监视的目的,提高了系统的完好性及可用性。

Abstract: GBAS availability prediction is a prediction of GBAS service status and satellite constellation statue in the whole approach and guidance process of Ground Based Augmentation System(GBAS).It is an important monitoring measure for civil aviation GBAS application to assist tower monitoring personnel in monitoring.In order to ensure the reliability and safety of GBAS airborne users’ precision approach and guidance landing in terminal area,this paper proposes a usability prediction method based on GBAS ground reference position.This method predicts the status of future satellite constellation through ephemeris or almanac,relevant peaks of satellite signal,GBAS message information,and then completes the prediction of GBAS service status,So that the system can send the forecast alarm to the tower monitoring personnel in time,adjust the GBAS approach procedure,and then achieve the purpose of availability monitoring,and improve the integrity and availability of the system.
