摘要: 为提升铂电阻温度变送器测试效率,设计铂电阻温度变送器自动化测试系统。系统采用模块化设计,上位机通过LAN接口与主控制器Agilent 34980A相连,实现测试数据传输与接口控制。通过复用开关及转接组合模块设计实现与多路变换器的连接。利用Agilent 34980A内部6位半数字万用表确保精确测量产品。高精度信号模拟源Fluke 525B为铂电阻温度变换器提供稳定、高精度输入。软件采用人机交互设计,具有数据显示、保存和处理等功能。该系统可按设定流程自动加电测试,实现了铂电阻温度变送器全自动测试。

Abstract: In order to improve the test efficiency of the platinum resistance transmitter, an automatic test system forthe platinum resistance transmitter is designed. The test system adopts the modular design.The upper computer is connectedto the main controller Agilent 34980A by the LAN interface,so as to realize the test data transmission and interface control.The connection to the multiplex transmitter is achieved through the design of the multiplex switch and transfer module.Themeasurement accuracy of product is ensured with the Agilent 34980A internal six and a half digit multimeter. The high-precision signal analog source Fluke 525B provides a stable,high-precision input for the temperature transmitter.Softwarecan realize human-computer interaction,data display,storage and processing functions.The system can be automaticallypowered up according to the set-up process,and the platinum resistance transmitter is automatically tested.
