回归反射球基准尺校准技术研究

摘要: 回归反射球基准尺广泛应用于数字近景摄影测量系统的标定。提出了一种回归反射球基准尺校准方法,建立了由三路激光干涉仪、高分辨率双远心成像瞄准模块、高精度直线气浮运动机构等组成的测量系统。对名义值为500mm、1000mm、1500mm、2000mm的4种规格回归反射球基准尺进行了长度测量实验,结果表明该方法可以满足回归反射球基准尺的校准要求。

Abstract: A calibration method of the retro-reflective ball scale-bar is proposed. The calibration instrument is composed by three-channel laser ranging device, high resolution bi-telecentric optical aiming module and air floating translation stage. Four fix-length retro-reflective ball scale-bars, which the nominal values are 500mm,1000mm,1500mm and 2000mm, are measured by the calibration device. The result shows that the retro-reflective ball scale-bar can be calibrated precisely by the the method proposed in this paper.
