摘要: 通过说明滚动体的公转规律,分析过盈滚动轴系“多周误差”的形成机理,解析多周误差周期的计算方法,并实验验证了方法的正确性。指出多周误差的周期由过盈滚动轴系构件的几何尺寸决定,提高轴、孔和滚动体的圆度,特别是滚动体的圆度,可以减小轴系回转误差。

Abstract: The forming mechanism of the“multi-cycle error”of the interference rolling shafting is analyzed by explaining the law of the revolution of the rolling body.The calculation method of the multiple-cycle error is analyzed,and the correctness of the method is verified by experiments.The cycle of the multiple-cycle error is determined by the geometrical dimension of the component of the interference rolling shafting.Improved the roundness of the shaft,the hole and the rolling body,especially the roundness of the rolling body,the shafting rotation error can be reduced.
