摘要: 功率传感器的校准因子直接影响功率测量的准确度,计量确认工作是保证功率量值传递准确可靠的重要环节,本文主要讨论了微波小功率标准装置在实验室进行计量确认时使用的一种方法。依据测量结果的计量兼容性的概念,结合小功率标准装置量值传递过程中的概率分布,向工程师给出了具体可量化的一种实施方法。

Abstract: The calibration factor of the power sensor directly affects the accuracy of the power measurement. The Metrological confirmation is an important link to ensure the accurate and reliable transmission of the power transmission value. This article mainly discusses a method that the microwave low-power standard device uses for Metrological confirmation in the laboratory. Based on the concept of measurement compatibility of measurement results, combined with the probability distribution in the transmission process of small power standard devices, a specific and quantifiable implementation method is given to engineers.
