摘要: 研制服役于海洋气候环境下的仪器仪表,除了要考虑常规性能要求外,三防设计也是仪器仪表结构设计人员必须要考虑的重要环节之一。通过分析潮湿、霉菌、盐雾对海态仪器仪表寿命的影响,结合工作中的实际设计经验,总结、归纳出仪器仪表机箱设计中应遵循的“三防”设计方法和措施,可有效提高仪器仪表设备在海洋环境下的防护能力。

Abstract: To develop the instrument and meter served in the marine climate environment ,in addition to consider the performance of conventional design, three-proof design is also one of the important links for the instrumentsand meters structure designerto consider. Through the analysis of the influence of damp, mildew, salt fog to the life of instruments and meters in the sea state, combined with the work in the practical design experience, the three-proof design methods and measures in the instrumentation structural design are summarized and concluded. These methods can effectively improve the protection ability of instrument equipment in Ocean environment.
