一种交直流差可计算电阻的设计

摘要: 目前国内外的交流电阻溯源标准交直流差可计算电阻有同轴型、四回线型、八回线型和双螺线型,这几种类型的可计算电阻通常是四端结构。四端对结构对电阻的定义是最严格的,该结构使电磁场闭合,不向外辐射电磁场。因此高准确度的交流电阻测量仪和交流电桥多采用四端对的测量原理。提出了一种基于四端对结构的同轴型交直流差可计算电阻。通过建立数学模型计算电阻的交直流差和时间常数。经过实测以及比对对时间常数进行验证。

Abstract: Now the resistor with calculable AC/DC differemce which is the standard of AC resistor traceability at home and abroad has several types , such as the coaxial type,the quadrifilar type, the octofilar type and the bifilar type. These resistors are usually four-terminal-pair structure. The definition of the four-terminal-pair is the most strictly. Its electromagnetic fields exist in the cylinder body, and do not radiate outside. So the AC resistance measuring meter and the bridge adopt measurement principle of the four-terminal-pair. A four-terminal-pair coaxial resistance with calculable AC/DC difference is introduced. A mathematical model is established, the AC/DC difference and the time constant are calculated. Bg test and comparison, the time constant is verified.
