摘要: 介绍了一种固定式多齿分度台校准装置的自动控制系统。系统通过软硬件设计,使多齿分度台无需人工操作,便能自动完成脱啮、转位、啮合等基本动作,实时读取光电自准直仪测量值,方便了使用,提高了工作效率。系统还具有对打齿、飞转的保护功能,使多齿分度台和光电自准直仪能置于同一有机玻璃罩中,减少了人体手温、空气温度及气流影响,降低了光电自准直仪跳字量。自动控制系统的各项动作准确到位,有利于提高测量重复性。

Abstract: An automatic control system of fixed multi-tooth dividing table calibration device was introduced. The software and hardware designing of the system is developed, the base motion as mesh-apart, rotation and mesh of multi-tooth dividing table could automatically accomplished with no person operation, and the measurement value of autocollimator could be acquired in real time, so that to make use convenient and enhanced work efficiency. In addition, the protect function against breaking tooth and high speed turning was designed in the system. The multi-tooth dividing table and autocollimator could be placed in single organic glass cover. So the effect of physical hand temperature, air temperature and airflow was decreased, and the instability of displayed value of autocollimator was reduced. The measurement repetitiveness could be enhanced by every accurate position motion of the automatic control system.
