摘要: 介绍了利用相关光子法测量单光子探测器量子效率的原理和测量系统,开发了一套用于该系统的测控软件。软件采用LabVIEW的标准状态机结构,使用 VISA串口程序库、ActiveX控件和报表生成器,编写了激光器控制、符合光子测量、测试报告生成等分支程序,实现控制状态机分支的切换,和其他各项功能的调用。实际应用表明,该软件测控系统运行可靠、界面友好,满足单光子探测器量子效率测量的要求。

Abstract: The principle and experiment system of single-photon detector quantum efficiency measurement by correlated photons are introduced, and a set of measurement and control software for the system is established and developed. Based on LabVIEW standard state machine, the software is consist of “laser configuration”, “coincidence measurement” and “generate report”, etc. branches, which was wrote with VISA, ActiveX and report generation toolkit. State machine switches its branches to call each function program. The actual applications show that, the software, with a friendly interface and a high dependability, is able to use for singlephoton detector quantum efficiency measurement.
