W波段对脊鳍线过渡的波导微带转换设计

摘要: 本文研究了W波段对脊鳍线过渡的波导—微带转换技术,对余弦平方渐变和Spline曲线渐变两种形式的对脊鳍线过渡进行了分析和仿真,并设计制作了Spline曲线形式的波导-对脊鳍线-微带转换,结构为背靠背。在整个W波段,单个过渡结构插入损耗小于1.3dB,回波损耗小于-13dB,在(90~99)GHz内,单个过渡结构插入损耗小于1.0dB,回波损耗小于-20dB,实现了很好的宽带过渡性能。

Abstract: This paper researched the waveguide-to-microstrip antipodal finline transition at W band, analyzed and simulated antipodal finline transition of Cosine-squared taper function curve and flexible spline curve, designed and fabricated an spline curve antipodal finline transition of backtoback structure. The measured results show that the insertion loss is less than 1.3dB, and the return loss is less than -13dB in whole W band, the insertion loss of a single transition is less than 1.0dB, and the return loss is less than -20dB in (90~99)GHz, achieve good performance.
