摘要: 采用气相色谱法火焰离子检测器(FID)测定玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂塑料中苯乙烯残留单体含量,用二氯甲烷提取苯乙烯,使用毛细管柱(HP-5),以内标法(正丁苯为内标物)定量,内标法标准曲线线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 7。加样回收率得到满意结果,最低检测限可达5mg/kg。

Abstract: An analytical method was developed for the determination of the residual styrene monomer content in fiberglass reinforced plastics based on unsaturated-polyester resins by gas chromatography with FID detector. In this method, dichloromethane is used as the solvent, and HP-5 column is used to separate different components. The internal standard calibration method is used for the quantitative calculations, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The detection limit of the method is 5mg/kg.
