伺服加载控制器硬件在环仿真系统研究

摘要: 为了测试和调试伺服加载控制器的工作性能,建立了控制器硬件在环仿真试验平台系统。该系统针对基于虚拟仪器技术设计的伺服加载控制器,用CompactRIO作为硬件仿真器,构成了参数可变的硬件仿真闭环系统。控制器运用PI控制算法进行载荷谱的加载;仿真器按照加载系统的数学模型来模拟实际加载系统的运行状态,完成了模型搭建、指令接收、动态仿真、仿真结果输出任务。最后,对系统的合理性进行了实验验证,结果表明该系统可以较好地模拟伺服加载系统的实际工作情况,可用于加载控制器性能的仿真验证。

Abstract: In order to test and debug the performance of servo loading controller, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (HILSS) is established. This variable parameter HILSS consists of a servo loading controller based on virtual instrument and a simulator based on CompactRIO. Load spectrum is loaded using PI control algorithm by the controller. The simulator simulates the operation state of the actual system depending on mathematical models of servo loading system, and completes tasks as follows: modeling, command reception, dynamic simulation, and simulation results output. A series of experimental results indicate that the HILSS can simulate the actual work of servo loading system and can be used for performance verification of the controller.
