铰矩天平固定方式及预紧力矩对其测量影响的研究

摘要: 铰矩天平在静态校准和风洞试验两种状态下的支撑、连接不一致导致铰矩天平使用公式变化。通过对铰矩天平带模型静态校准,对铰矩天平公式进行修正,提高铰链力矩天平测量准确度,减小气动载荷计算误差。利用天平静态校准和有限元分析相结合的方法,研究铰链力矩天平在不同的固定端几何尺寸和紧固螺栓预紧力下,铰链力矩天平接触应力的变化和分布规律,并分析其对铰链力矩天平测量元主系数的影响,得出改善天平性能的两个重要结论,为今后设计铰链力矩天平提供决策性依据。

Abstract: For hinge moment balance, inconsistent of support and connection in the states of static calibration and wind tunnel tests that cause its using formula changed, through band model static calibration of hinge moment balance, to amend the hinge moment balance formula, completed the test. By using the method of balance static calibration and Finite Element Analysis, researches on hinge moment balance under different fixed end geometry and the fastening bolt pretightening force, the variation and distribution law of contact stress of hinge moment balance, and analyzes its influence on the hinge moment balance measuring element main coefficient, draws two important conclusions improve the balance performance, providing evidences for the future design of hinge moment balance.
