摘要: 微力矩器广泛应用于航空航天飞行器,其应用基础为微小输入电流与微小输出力矩的定量关系。在微力矩器校准研究过程中,经济合理的选择输入电流源是必不可少的部分。以某微力矩器校准为例,介绍了电流源在微力矩器校准中无差激励应用研究的过程。即从微力矩器力矩与电流的理论关系出发,把输出力矩的不确定度要求转化为具有无差激励特性的输入电流的不确定度要求。在此基础上,完成了电流源选型,并设计专用的试验验证及判别方法,验证了应用研究结果的合理性。

Abstract: Micro actuator is applied to aerocraft wildly, which based on the specific relationship between the input current and the output torque. The general process of the research on application of current source is introduced, which foucus on the characteristics of error-free power-output getting across the calibration of a micro actuator. Based on the theory relationship between the current and moment of micro actuators, the requirement of the input current is confirmed according the uncertainty of the torque, the current source is selected ultimately and the application reasonableness of current source is verified through the specific experiment designed.
