Measuring Solution & Realization of Soldering-type Coaxial Radio-frequency Cable Delay Line

Abstract: Soldering-type coaxial radio-frequency cable delay lines, without coaxial radio-frequency connectors, are directly soldered to the equipments. In the production of these delay lines, it is very difficult to measure all electronic parameters exactly, especially phase. According to the delay line′s electronic features, the measuring system was analyzed on the basis of vector network analyzer, the measuring solution brought forth, and the design of two critical connecting devices is carried out, which includes structural design, electronic features design, delay compensation, phase compensation, and samplemaking. With the verification of production practice, this measuring solution is reliable, efficient and economical.
