Abstract: A automatic metrology system based on the DO30-Ⅱ multi-function calibration was introduced in this paper, Including design principle, system constitutes and technique. It focuses on design way of procedure controller and key techniques of the system.The actual application indicates that the control system have solved the Efficiency question of the mostly domestic numerals Appearance Metrology Standard which depend on personally testing and recording. It has the broad application prospects.
