Abstract: Thrust is a key index for reflecting the performance parameters of attitude control engine.Accurate calibration of thrust test system is the premise of accurate measurement of thrust vector,and improving the automation of calibration system is an urgent problem to be solved.A thrust test platform for attitude control engine using electromagnetic levitation technology is introduced in detail,and an electromagnetic automatic loading calibration system for thrust test sensors is designed.The test results are showed by the simulation which the system can realize multi-return automatic calibration that meets the accuracy requirements,the automation of the system is improved effectively,and the efficiency and accuracy of calibration are improved.
