Abstract

Abstract: In order to improve measurement accuracy of the microwave small power sensor In the 8mm wave band, The new microwave power calibration system based on low reflectance equivalent signal generator was made up through present systemⅡ calibration system and bias power matcher. This paper recounted design and working principle of bias power matcher. The system has virtues on conveniences and stability and accuracy.
