间接法测量微推力现状及关键问题分析

摘要: 间接法是星载微推进器推力测量的重要方法之一。将基于间接法的测量结构分为吊摆型、弹性盘型、悬臂梁型三种基本动力学构型,总结了三种结构的国内外研究现状,对比分析了三种结构的测量原理及测量特性。指出了测量理论模型、高精度参数标定、高精度位移测量是测量中的关键问题,并对各关键问题中的技术难点提出了解决方法。指出建立动力学模型,确定动态推力测量方法,以及研究推进器尾喷流冲击力与实际推力之间的关系是下一步需要重点解决的问题。

Abstract: Indirect method is one of the important methods for thrust measurement of space borne micro-thrusters.The current indirect measurement structures were divided into three basic dynamic configurations, namely, pendulum type, elastic disk type and cantilever beam type. The present research situation of these three structures at home and abroad were summarized, and the measurement principle and measurement characteristics were compared and analyzed. It was pointed out that measurement theory model, high precision parameter calibration and displacement measurement are the key problems in measurement.The corresponding solutions to the key problems were briefly described. At last, it was pointed out that the proper way to study dynamic thrust measurement method and the relationship between the measured impact force of the jet plume with the actual thrust are the key problems that need to be solved further.
