摘要: 研制了一种应用于地面瞄准系统的高精度电控导轨。该电控导轨以AVR Atmega128为核心处理器,通过设计专门的电机驱动电路和控制算法,实现高定位精度、高直线度、高位置分辨率,具有行程大、运行平稳、响应快的特点。实践结果表明,该电控导轨能够很好地实现瞄准仪对箭上棱镜的远距离平移跟踪,提高了箭体初始方位角自动化测量的准确度和效率。

Abstract: A high precision electric control rail used for ground aiming system was manufactured. Special electric machine drive circuit and controlling algorithm based on AVR Atmega128 as core processor were designed in the rail, achieving high positioning precision, high linearity, and high resolution, with characteristics of large stroke, stable operation, and fast respondent. The result of the practice was proved that the rail could work well with the collimator to remote track the prism, assuring the accuracy of automatic aiming and improving the efficiency of the automatic measurement to the rocket initial attitude.
