摘要: 感应传感是一种无接触、无磁体的感应技术,可用于精确测量金属或导电目标的位置、运动或成分,也可用于检测弹簧的压缩、拉伸或扭曲。针对当前感应检测装置功耗高、精度低等缺点,设计一种低功耗、多通道电感数字转换器。采用先进的两通道数字式转换器LDC1612作为传感器,用自制的PCB 线圈探测金属物,将感应信号转换为数字信号,通过IIC接口与低功耗单片机MSP430F5529连接,可同时实现两路数据高速采集处理。实测结果表明:检测分辨率高达28位,精度达到次微米级。适合在苛刻环境中使用,不受非导电污染物(例如,油、水、污垢和灰尘)干扰。实现双通道无接触传感,成本和功耗更低,比现有感应传感具有更佳的性能、可靠性和灵活性。

Abstract: Inductive sensing is a contactless, magnet-free sensing technology,it can precisely measure the position, motion, or composition of a metal or conductive target, also can detect the compression, extension, or twist of a spring. Now inductive measure method have limited in high power dissipation、lower accurate etc. In order to resolve this problem, A detection device was introduced, which based on two-channels inductance-to-digital converters LDC1612, used PCB coils as inductive sensor to detect metal, converted the sensor signals into digital signals, used an IIC interface connection to an ultra-low power MSP430F5529 in order to implement two-channels high-speed data transmission. The test results show that sub-micron resolution up to 28-bits in position-sensing applications, the device can be used in harsh environments, offered contactless sensing that is immune to nonconductive contaminants such as oil, water, dirt and dust, implemented two-channels contactless inductive sensor which has better performance, better reliability, greater flexibility, high performance and low power than existing sensing solutions.
