摘要: 在对发动机挠性转子不平衡机理分析的基础上,利用小波分解和重构方法对信号进行提取与识别,实现了对转子不平衡故障的准确诊断,利用振型平衡法对挠性转子进行平衡。实验表明,此方法能够有效解决转子不平衡故障,为飞机发动机等旋转机械转子不平衡的检测和控制提供了一种有效的解决方法。

Abstract: Based on the unbalance mechanism analysis of engine′s flexible rotor, the signal could be extracted and identified by using wavelet decomposition and reconstruction method. And the fault diagnosis for the rotor unbalance is accurate, also the balance problem of the flexible rotor can be solved by using modal equilibrium method.Test results show that the rotor unbalance fault can be reduced effectively and the wavelet analysis is very effective for Fault diagnosis of unbalanced rotor.
