摘要: 压控振荡器VCO广泛用于自动控制、数字仪表和无线电设备中,用于完成电压和频率之间的转换,是一种实现模数转换功能的器件。本文在详细分析RC压控振荡器AD650结构和工作原理的基础上,结合SP3160VA超大规模集成电路测试系统资源,提出对压控振荡器的自动测试实现方法,包括程序设计方案,外围元件的选择方法和主要参数的实现方法。

Abstract: Voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) is widely used in automatic control,digital instrument and radio equipment,which is used to realize the conversion between voltage and frequency. This paper based on voltage controlled oscillator AD650 structure and working principle of a detailed analysis of the RC,according to system resources test SP3160VA VLSI,proposed the automatic test of VCO implementation method,including program design,implementation methods and main parameters of the external components.
