摘要： 介绍计量技术规范的内涵和国防军工计量技术规范概况，按照计量检定规程、计量校准规范、计量器具等级图、计量通用基础规范四个类别，详细阐述国防军工计量技术规范体系构成，分析存在的问题并提出发展重点。

关键词: 计量技术规范体系, 检定规程, 校准规范

Abstract: Introduce the connotation of the technical specification of metrology and general situation about technical specifications of national defense science & technology industry metrology. Elaborate the technical specification system of national defense science & technology industry metrology, constituted by verification regulations, calibration specifications, hierarchy schemes of measuring instrument and general specifications. Analyze problems and propose main developing aspect.
