摘要: 目前,各型装备测试设备测试过程中生成的测试信息都孤立的以纸质文件或各种格式电子文件的形式保存在各测试设备终端,无法实现信息集成与共享,严重制约了信息化建设的深入开展。针对此,首先研究测试设备数据自动传输系统的系统总体结构、数据传输流程和数据传输规范,在此基础上对数据自动传输系统的硬件、软件和数据传输安全性展开设计。通过在我军某型导弹新型测试设备上验证,实现了基于以太网的测试设备数据自动采集、传输与处理,为后继测试设备共享和远程协同测试的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: Currently, test information generated by various types of test equipment has various forms, such as paper documents, electronic documents and so on. The information is isolate in the terminal test equipments, and can’t achieve information integration and sharing. The information construction is seriously hampered. For this, the overall structure, data Transport Specification and data transfer process of test equipment data automatic transmission system are researched firstly. On this basis, the system hardware, software and data transmission security are designed. The data automatic transmission system is verified in a new type of missile test equipment. Ethernet-based data collection, transmission and processing of automatic test equipment are realized, and lay the foundation for the follow-up test equipment sharing and remote collaborative test research.
