摘要: 光电式角度编码器作为角度反馈器件,广泛应用于测试、计量、控制领域。本文以HEIDENHAIN公司编码器为例,介绍了多零点编码器的工作原理与编码方式。针对多零点编码器的特点,研究了一种自动寻零方法,并在某转台控制系统进行试验数据采集及分析。结果表明,该方法准确可靠。

Abstract: The multi-reference mark encoder is used widely in metrology measurement and autocontrol as angle measuring device.The principle and coding mode of multi-reference mark encoder were introduced with an encoder of HEIDENHAIN company as on example. A research on a new auto home control method was taken based on the characteristics of multi-reference marks encoder. This method was used to collect and analyze the test data for a certain rotary table.The control method was proved reliably and accurately in test.
