Development and Uncertainty Analysis of Heat Flow Field Calibration Device

Abstract: To meet the demand of field calibration of radiant heat flow measurement system,a heat flow field calibration device was developed based on high power semiconductor laser heat source generation technology.The composition of the heat flow calibration device and the design parameters of each component of the device is introduced.The optical analysis software is used to design the optical path of heat flow source.By analyzing each uncertainty component of the field calibration device and calculating the combined extended uncertainty,the extended uncertainty of 2.7% is realized by the device,which can meet the requirements of heat flow field calibration.
