Research on the In-Situ Thrust Calibration Techniques of  Aero-engine Test Bed Based on a Novel Hydraulic Force Source

Abstract: A novel hydraulic force source is introduced in this paper with the main features of high accuracy, refined dividing of differential flow, adaptation to the motor′s speed characteristics and constant leakage. The application of this hydraulic force source on in-situ calibration of the aero-engine test bed was carried out, and the result was compared with that from the calibration in the laboratory. Finally, some applicable conclusions were summarized on the thrust calibration of the aero engine test bed.
