Application of Variable PID Law in Electric Gear Fuel Pump

Abstract: To control the flow accurately of electric gear fuel pump,the model of flow of electric gear fuel pump is established.The digital PID law is built,and the variable PID law based on digital PID law with principle of parameters switching is built to fulfill different requirements of flow in aeroengine.The experimental results show that the accurate control of electric gear fuel is achieved by variable PID law,which means PID law can be applied to the closedloop control system of flow in electric gear fuel pump.
