Abstract: For hinge moment balance, inconsistent of support and connection in the states of static calibration and wind tunnel tests that cause its using formula changed, through band model static calibration of hinge moment balance, to amend the hinge moment balance formula, completed the test. By using the method of balance static calibration and Finite Element Analysis, researches on hinge moment balance under different fixed end geometry and the fastening bolt pretightening force, the variation and distribution law of contact stress of hinge moment balance, and analyzes its influence on the hinge moment balance measuring element main coefficient, draws two important conclusions improve the balance performance, providing evidences for the future design of hinge moment balance.
