    At present, based on realtime requirement of threeaxis simulation turntable control  system, the control system of three-axis simulation turntable is introduced firstly and then, Using ”Windows+RTX”integrated software platform, the real time control software is designed and realized according to the basic principle of the RTX and particular requirements of the turntable control system. Experimental results show that the real-time control software of the threeaxis simulation turntable based on RTX fulfills the system design specification, and achieves high simultaneity, stability and reliability.

    A method of calibration method for radar antenna electromechanical axis consistency is introduced. The aim is to get transformation of structure coordinate and wave coordinate.Fixing a cubic prism on the face of radar antenna is to transform coordinate.To solve the problem of oversize error in single measure,it measures twice in lab and microwave anechoic chamber, and calibrates transformation of structure coordinate and wave coordinate with cubic prism coordinate. Through date processing and uncertainty eraluation, the electromechanical axis consistency is varified.

    Introduces collimation vector delivery methods to measure cubic prism’s relative pose based on different aiming conditions, including intervisible and invisible conditions. Researches methods of establishing a unified angle delivery datum under various conditions according to analyzing the different routes. Some formulas of collimation vector delivery are derived, and relative pose measurement of cubic prism is achieved.

    Horizontal lines and plumb lines which are upright to each other can been emitted from cross line laser. It has been widely used as the benchmark in the construction of building and fitment. Quality of construction can be directly affected by the errors of cross line laser. According to its basic principle, three errors were analyzed about their form reasons and expressions.     In order to meet the ultra-high-speed turbine speed measurement requirements (high temperature, high speed, strong vibration, shock)of the servo gas source under harsh environmental conditions, designed the high temperature miniaturization and ultrahigh speed rotational speed sensor. The speed sensor is designed according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, taking an open magnetic circuit structure which solves the high-temperature, highspeed problems in the face of measurement. This new senor has the characteristics of small size, standing high temperature and high precision.

    he benefits of LVDT include high reliability, high accuracy and good linearity, so it has been widely utilized in the servo system. But the traditional design cycle is long and the cost is high, it’s difficult to design the good linearity sensor in a short time. To solve the above problems, a method that how to use Maxwell to establish the sensor model is presented. According to the advantages of changing size quickly by Maxwell, the compensation coil’s windings are simulated which impact the performance of sensor. By the verification of experiment, this modle can effectively simulate the real product. These methods significantly improve the design efficiency and lineaity in the actual project.

    The characteristics of thermal conductivity measurement apparatus for high temperature with different low thermal conductance were compared, and one of the reasons leading to low measurement accuracy was concluded, that is mainly caused by the poor temperature uniformity with whole heating method. According to these analyses, the partition heating method was proposed for improving temperature uniformity of the specimen surface. Three materials with different thermal conductivity were used to experiment and simulation calculation through the whole heating and district heating method respectively. The experiment results show that a limited even surface temperature area can be formed on the center of the specimen with the whole heating method, and the entire surface temperature can be reached to a better uniformed state with the partition heating method.

    The analysis of the stratospheric airship’s thermodynamics model is an important technical direction of the research of the key technologies of the stratospheric airship. According to the engineering verification and improvement of thermodynamic model, the suitable method for stratospheric airship′s inside air temperature measurement, including the distribution of the sensor, sensor selection, data transmission and processing, etc is put forward . After two flight test, contrast with temperature data of the boat by the dropsonde which was bind on the hull of the airship , this method verified the accuracy of the data of air temperature.

    Micro actuator is applied to aerocraft wildly, which based on the specific relationship between the input current and the output torque. The general process of the research on application of current source is introduced, which foucus on the characteristics of error-free power-output getting across the calibration of a micro actuator. Based on the theory relationship between the current and moment of micro actuators, the requirement of the input current is confirmed according the uncertainty of the torque, the current source is selected ultimately and the application reasonableness of current source is verified through the specific experiment designed.

    For hinge moment balance, inconsistent of support and connection in the states of static calibration and wind tunnel tests that cause its using formula changed, through band model static calibration of hinge moment balance, to amend the hinge moment balance formula, completed the test. By using the method of balance static calibration and Finite Element Analysis, researches on hinge moment balance under different fixed end geometry and the fastening bolt pretightening force, the variation and distribution law of contact stress of hinge moment balance, and analyzes its influence on the hinge moment balance measuring element main coefficient, draws two important conclusions improve the balance performance, providing evidences for the future design of hinge moment balance.

    The gesture and movement locus of the UAV and parachute system in allusion to the characteristic of the small UAV parachute landing is analysed during the process of the UAV reclaiming.A mathematical model of the aircraft-parachute system is established and simulated analysis is executed according to the analysis of the mechanics relationship of the parachute and the UAV, the simulated result of the reclaiming under the condition without wind is given.The result shows that, the request of the UAV reclaiming is met and the best reclaiming parameter is determined by the system,thereby the best reclaiming locus and gesture is gained.

    In order to coordinate the detection of the test system, an equivalent device based on CAN bus is designed with the realization of bus monitoring and data communication and function circuit. The CAN bus, data acquisition and digital I/O function for the equivalent device are presented. Under the precondition of realizing the functions, this scheme can assure comprehensive detection for the electrical system with simple and reliable operations as well as less components and reduced scale equipments.

    Precise timing is an important part of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). Each of GNSS has independent internal reference timescales. The residual offset of these timescales may reach tens of nanoseconds. In order to realize the interoperability and compatibility of these systems, it is necessary to account the offset among these systems. The theory of monitoring GNSS time offset by the Signal-in-Space at the single monitoring station is analyzed. The offset between GPST and GLONASST in 130 days is taken into account by using the data from a GPS/GLONASS combined receiver, then the monitoring result is estimated/tested by the related data published by BIPM through the circular T bulletin. The test shows that the max residual offset between monitoring result and circular T bulletin data in the 130 days is 8 nanoseconds. It turns out the algorithm is effective and usable.

    AC weak current measurement is one of the key technologies in AC impedance measurement. Effect of the AC weak current measurement to AC impedance measurement is analyzed, the method of using Phase Sensitive Detector (PSD) to measure the AC weak current  is put forwarded, using cross-correlation technique the amplifier noise influence to AC current measurement  is conquered, the expected function of AC impedance measurement system is done and  the desired accuracy is achieved.

    With the rapid development of electronic products, improving the quality of the product, while decreasing product prices is also attended by consumers. Array of electronic products for a low price, the core chip production costs need to be reduced firstly.In passive UHF RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) area, test cost is large percent of the total cost. Therefore a novel centralized CP test method is proposed. Compared with the current test method, which is testing parallel 8 chips every time, the test time of one group centralized CP test method can be optimized for more than 68%. If changing the number of chips existing in the single test group or adopting multi-groups centralized CP test, the test cost can be cut down substantially, and the market competitiveness of the chip products can be enhanced.
