Abstract: After being collected the oil of compressed air by carbon tetrachloride, oil in the compressed air was determined by infrared spectrophotometry. According to Guide to the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF 1059.1-2012),the uncertainty of measurement of the content of oil was evaluated. The influence factors of uncertainty were found out,and the components of uncertainty were calculated and evaluated. As the content of oil in compressed air was 5.52mg/m3, the expanded uncertainty was 0.68mg/m3.
