One method for calibrating the transformation matrix of cubic prism coordinate system between stereo mapping camera and star sensor was adopted. Autocollimation on two cubic prisms was finished using 4 theodolites. After that, the cubic prism coordinate system was set up. And the detailed equations of rotation matrix were deduced too. The attitude between two cubic prisms was calibrated by azimuth transmission. Tests indicate that the calibration error of angle between two cubic prism coordinate system axes is less than 1.5″(1δ). The error of final attitude calibration of the stereo mapping camera is less than 5″(1δ).

The measurement method of the rate error,rate steady and the rate resolution for an ultra-low-speed turntable(0.000 01 ° / s ~ 0.000 1 ° / s) is introduced.The measurement method using the triangulation method, rate index is measured by measuring the displacement of a line within the predetermined time, the angular rate′s measurement results are calculated by corresponding formula.By actual measurement and measurement uncertainty analysis,the measurement method meets the measurement requirements of the ultra-low-speed turntable′s rate error, steady and rate resolution. This measuring method can not only solve the problem of detection in the actual work, and also helps to improve the development level of the ultralow speed turntable, in particular the speed of 0.000 01 ° / s rate table.

A new type of hydraulic control system and its application are introduced. Based on analyses of the disadvantages of the normal hydraulic control system, some peculiarities are presented such as the differential flow, servo motor working at adequate speed and constant leak. A repeatability of 0.015% is achieved in the buildup force standard machine with the hydraulic control system. First, the primary aerodynamic configuration layout of the low level height keeping towed target is defined according to practical method and using requirements.Then, mathematical model of the optimization issue is established,and the parameters pertinent to lift-drag characteristics of the tow target are selected as design variables to determine the sample space,and the sample points are produced by Latin hypercube method, then the surrogate model is constructed and the aerodynamic shape is optimized by the application of the surrogate model optimization method based on the platform of iSight.In the end,the optimized results are taken as the basis for aerodynamic configuration,and the aerodynamic analysis is carried out with the three dimensional CFD software using the results of the optimization.

Neural Network(NN) has been widely used in forecast of nonlinear systems over the past years. Generalized Regression Neural Network(GRNN), which is a new kind of NN, is proposed to predict satellite clock error because of its nonlinear characteristic. An slip window pattern is used organize sample data, which can raise utilization rate of data. In order to improve forecast ability of GRNN, the method called K-fold Cross-Validation is employed to train network. Furthermore, the optimal smoothing factor is determined in terms of Root Mean Square Error(RMSE). An experiment is carried out to verify GRNN effectiveness. Real satellite clock error data from International GNSS Service(IGS) is trained to construct the GRNN model, then this model is used to predict clock error. And also Clock error is forecasted using quadratic polynomial. Results show that GRNN model can reach ns-level prediction accuracy within 24 hour. Moreover, GNRR is more stable in comparison with quadratic polynomial. GRNN is worse than quadratic polynomial when predicting linear clock error, however, the former is obviously better than the latter when nonlinear clock error.

A high-power LED driver circuit is investigated based on Boost principle and active power factor correction (APFC) technology. By using average current control method to control the circuit with a double closed loop control system composed of one current loop and one voltage loop,power factor correction and reducing the input total harmonic distortion through input current tracking input voltage is realized. Simulation results show that this circuit is feasible for a high-power LED driver by PSIM software.

As a main measurement parameter of mixers’ transfer characteristic, a new frequency conversion Loss measurement method by VNA with a frequency conversion option is proposed. Conclude from measurement result and analysis, the mismatch error is a large contribution to the whole measurement error. An algorithm correction model is proposed to correct the measurement result. Power calibration is adopted to improve the measurement accuracy of VNA.
