Research on Auto Test Management System

Abstract

Abstract: For the purpose of auto test management system development, electronic measurement instrument IO interface is analyzed, and a general object-oriented encapsulation method for virtual instrument software function model is proposed .Then, instrument synchronization control solutions are described, and an auto test management system structure is presented. Lastly, based on BLOB, a method to store and retrieve unstructured data such as frequency spectrum data is proposed.
