Abstract: DC-DC converter is an important equipment to realize electric energy conversion and transmission in electrical system. It has the performance of smooth acceleration and fast response. However, in the specific application environment, the load change of converter will have a great impact on its performance. Taking Buck-Boost DC-DC converter as an example, the working process and modes are analyzed, and the corresponding control strategies for complete inductance supply mode (CISM) and incomplete inductance supply mode (IISM) are put forward. The system can automatically judge the load change, realize the rapid adjustment of the output voltage, and make it always stable at the expected voltage. The control strategies under different modes are simulated. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can improve the overshoot and regulation time of Buck-Boost DC-DC converter.
